BUFFY and GOSSIP GIRL star dies at 39

Michelle Trachtenberg, an actress known for her roles in BUFFY and GOSSIP GIRL; has sadly died aged 39. Cause of death has not been reported but reports say she underwent a liver transplant a while back, so it could be connected. The actress also appeared in ICE PRINCESS and HARRIET THE SPY.
